I have been looking for a cts for the past year that was in great shape. Teresa showed me this one and another one and both were very nice but I feel in love with this AWD. They went above and beyond with us to make everything simple and fast we have a special needs child and they had everything ready so when me and my wife got to the lot the only think we had to do was sign a few papers and drive away. Kyle had a list of things I found in the car once I got home that he needed to do before he could put it up for sale. Windshield wipers, cabin air filter , oil change , air filter, wheels and tires balance. I’m very mechanical inclined so I just wanted to see if it had been done and it had!!! What lot changes the cabin filter. These people are awesome I could not ask for better service. Teresa has showed me a dozen different caddies in the past year I’m sure she felt like I was just waiting time but she never once said anything out of the way or asked me for anything. We went to another dealership in town and I was going to buy a car identical to this one but when I asked to look inside he said he needed to run my credit first! I told him he didn’t need to do that I just wanted to see inside the car and see if it was a smokers car and check the mileage. He told me they do not unlock cars unless they have a credit score. Lol. Kyle’s never asked me for anything and when it was time to pay I had zero problems with making it happen l would strongly recommend you check them out very nice people and amazing cars

Was shopping for a first car for my daughter in Charlotte where I live. Visited a few dealers and each time there was “something” that didn’t go as planned - dealer only accepted their own financing, actual price was thousands more than advertised price, etc. Saw a car advertised at Kyle’s and took the drive to Salisbury. Amazingly the car and price were EXACTLY as advertised. Tricia was straightforward and upfront which is a pleasant surprise in this used car market. The experience was absolutely worth the drive.
